Rules of engagement

​

• Arrive 5 minutes early for paperwork on your first visit or complete online.

• Have makeup free skin, especially eye area. It's near impossible to remove mascara/eyeliner off another person. ***Make up wipes available for purchase for $4 a package.

• Please, let me repeat, PLEASE if receiving eyelash treatments, absolutely no oils, spf, moisturizer, makeup in the under eye area. You have no idea how difficult it is to work as the protective eye pads will not stay put. If I can't work at my correct pace, you won't receive my best work. 

• Be very still during treatment, avoid scratching your face, rubbing your nose, and especially using hands and limbs when speaking. Contain animation, as it makes it extremely difficult to work and causes technician to work slower to accommodate your movements. The result is loss of time for treatment.

• Please respect the 24 hour cancellation policy.

• Please do not Same Day Cancel or No Show. 

• Failure to cancel 24 hrs before your specific appointment time incurs $40 NS/SDC fee or full service amount if over $100. You can pay a 25% rebooking fee to receive the treatment at a later date. 

• Place cell phone on silent. If it rings, wear a ear piece so you can SELF answer but please be still. If I stop working to secretary your phone, you lose time during your hour or whatever treatment time you booked. It'd be a pity to pay for something and not fully receive. Enjoy your private down time. 

• No children. Ever. Please do not ask, please.

• Please come alone. Theres a lovely lobby on the first floor in the buildings lobby where your friends/family/of age children can wait the hour or during your visit. The spa is comfortable set up to accommodate privacy & exclusivity, and the next client/patient can come a bit early and have seating.

• Stopping during treatment time can cause loss of a portion of the treatment. You only have the allotted time for the service you booked. We can't (in most cases go over that time). Please be brief, so that we can get you the full treatment. Other clients do not want to start their appointment time late due to your tardiness, drink breaks, cell phone breaks, family visits, or other stops during your service time. 

• The hours are 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday & 12pm - 8pm on Wednesdays. Red eye appointments ARE available for a $100 overtime fee which is added to the regular treatment cost. The overtime hours are any time before 10am during the week , before 9am on Saturdays, and before noon on Wednesdays. Overtime hours are after 6pm during the week, 8pm on Wednesdays, and 3pm on Saturdays. Sundays aren't usually available, however, if agreed, an overtime rate of $200 plus treatment cost is necessary.

• Overtime rates must be prepaid and are non-refundable pending the 24 hour cancel policy. If you cancel early enough within policy, the fee is refundable minus the credit card fee (if you paid with card), no fees if zelle, venmo & cashapp fee if paid those ways. Call or text only for these overtime appointment times.
